GTA 6: Boobie Ike, and the strip club Rockstar never names

Boobie Ike is a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto VI, introduced by Rockstar Games as a local Vice City legend. His page has been live on rockstargames.com/VI since May 6, 2025, the day of the second trailer, in the “Only in Leonida” set. The region the site files him under is not Vice City at all, but the Leonida Keys. The game arrives November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

The biography runs to two lines:

Boobie is a local Vice City legend, and acts like it. One of the few to transform his time in the streets into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio: Boobie’s all smiles until it’s time to talk business.

The two lines Rockstar puts in his mouth on the same page do the rest of the work. “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all,” and, on the recording side, “Top quality cuts.”

Then there is the club, and this is where a lot of coverage moves too fast. The official page never names the venue. It carries a tagline, “It’s all about heart: the Jack of Hearts,” which is a pun on the man rather than an address. The words “the Jack of Hearts strip club” come from Dazed, in the piece published on August 26, 2026 and produced with Rockstar. So the name reached the internet through a magazine, not through the character page. The neon out front is legible in the official stills, which is a different thing from Rockstar writing it down.

His business partner is Dre’Quan Priest, a former street dealer who was booking acts into the club before the two of them started Only Raw Records. Rockstar writes the tie into the biography itself: “Boobie might seem like he’s just out for himself, but it’s his partnership with the young aspiring music mogul Dre’Quan for Only Raw Records that he’s most invested in, now they just need a hit.” Dre’Quan’s own page reads the arrangement from the other side, saying his “days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club might be numbered.” The rap duo Real Dimez, signed to the label, closes the triangle.

The 26 minutes and 48 seconds shown on August 27, 2026 open on an errand run for him. Jason and Lucia take the elevator up a run-down apartment building to collect product meant for Boobie Ike, find their contact Ray in a room turned into a crack lab, and walk straight into a police raid. What Rockstar has not said

No actor has been attached to Boobie Ike. The studio has published no cast list at all, not on the site and not across the Extended Look, and IGN put it plainly on May 7, 2025: “Rockstar isn’t sharing its voice cast for GTA 6 just yet (we asked).” His age and date of birth are missing too, as they are for the eight other people named across those pages.

On how the character was built, Rupert Humphries, senior vice president of narrative at Rockstar, told Dazed the team looked at “how the hip-hop scene in Miami exists in house parties in Overtown, clubs like Booby Trap on the River, and then high-end places on South Beach where bottles can cost thousands of dollars.” His next sentence explains the trio: “We needed characters who could take us through those worlds.”
