GTA 6: Dre'Quan Priest, from street dealing to Only Raw Records
Dre'Quan Priest is the Only Raw Records producer in GTA 6, one of eight characters Rockstar gave a page of their own on May 6, 2025. That page spells out who funds the label and who has just signed to it.
GTA6 LIFE

Dre’Quan Priest is the producer behind Only Raw Records, the label he builds with Boobie Ike in Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar Games put his character page online on May 6, 2025, the day the second trailer landed, and files him under one region: Grassrivers, the wetlands of Leonida. The game arrives November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The page runs to a tagline, a biography, a line of dialogue and a closing note. It opens on “Only Raw… Records”, then says where he comes from:
Dre’Quan was always more of a hustler than a gangster. Even when he was dealing on the streets to make ends meet, breaking into music was the goal.
The method arrives in the dialogue: “Dancers are like my A&Rs. If the record’s a hit, DJs gonna be spinnin’ it.” The closing note pushes him out of the club: “Now that he’s signed the Real Dimez, Dre’Quan’s days of booking acts into Boobie’s strip club might be numbered as he sets his sights on the Vice City scene.”

Read the eight pages together and they stop being eight portraits. They name each other, and the label is where the lines cross.
| Character | What their own page says | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Boobie Ike | Backs the label with Dre’Quan, “now they just need a hit” | Leonida Keys |
| Dre’Quan Priest | Street dealer turned producer, has just signed the Real Dimez | Grassrivers |
| Real Dimez | Bae-Luxe and Roxy, friends since high school, signed to Only Raw Records | Port Gellhorn |
Where the money comes from, Rockstar has Boobie Ike say out loud: “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.” His page calls Dre’Quan a “young aspiring music mogul” and makes that partnership the thing he is most invested in.
The Real Dimez page adds a fourth name, DWNPLY, the local rapper the duo cut an early hit single with five years before the game opens. He has no page of his own. Nine people are named across those eight pages, since Real Dimez is a duo.

Rupert Humphries, senior vice president of narrative, told Dazed on August 26, 2026 where the trio came from: “We love Miami music, particularly Miami bass, going through to more recent Miami artists like Kodak Black and Sexyy Red.” Both artists turned up the next day in “An Extended Look”. Khel Now logged “Skrilla” by Kodak Black (2015) and “Pound Town” by Sexyy Red and Tay Keith (2023) among 14 tracks in the presentation. The full list sits in our soundtrack guide.
What Rockstar has not said
No actor has been attached to Dre’Quan Priest, and the studio had named none for any role in GTA 6 as of August 28, 2026. IGN put the question and got a no on May 7, 2025: “Rockstar isn’t sharing its voice cast for GTA 6 just yet (we asked).” His age and date of birth are missing too, as for the eight other people named on those pages. Rockstar has also said nothing about whether the Real Dimez verses are performed by real rappers, or by which ones.
